Questions
- What counts toward our hours?
- Meetings, calls, and recordings your team brings into orgmem, measured by how long they run. Pasted transcripts and documents count too, at roughly an hour per 9,000 words. Questions never count — ask as much as you like.
- What happens if we go over?
- Nothing stops. We’ll flag it early and keep processing well past your plan’s hours. If usage runs a long way beyond it, we’ll ask you to add hours or move up a plan — and you can do either yourself, instantly.
- Is it worth it?
- An hour-long meeting with five people costs roughly $300 in salary. A few dollars to make it permanently searchable — including for everyone you hire later — is about a 1% surcharge on a cost you are already paying.
- Can we cancel or change plans at any time?
- Yes. Plans are monthly or annual, and you can cancel anytime — you’ll keep access through the period you’ve already paid for.
